Granulomatosis with polyangiitis is a systemic disease occurs as result of inflammation of the respiratory tract and necrotizing vasculitis of small and medium vessels. This case series illustrates the clinical symptoms and favored medications used to treat patients with granulomatosis and polyangiitis in a central Kerala tertiary care setting. The information for this case series were gathered from the inpatient department of a tertiary care teaching hospital between 2022 and 2025. Certain diagnostic procedures were also performed ;it includes blood counts, radio imaging, inflammatory markers PANCA.
